Who this policy covers
This notice covers the RHV RoboMed Training Academy website and its training enquiries and applications. The academy is a partnership of Redeemer’s Health Village and RoboMed Global, based at Redeemer’s Health Village, Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, Nigeria.
For questions about your information or a privacy request, contact the academy at [email protected]. Please put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Information you share
The application asks for your name, email address, phone number, hospital or institution, training track and specialty. We also receive information you choose to send in an enquiry and records of our correspondence. If the academy needs documents or a call to review your eligibility, we will explain what is required at that stage.
Please provide only information relevant to your application. Do not submit patient records, confidential clinical information or payment card details through the registration form.
How and why we use it
We use application information to respond to your request, review eligibility, discuss training slots and programme fees, and explain the next steps. We also use relevant records to keep the website and application process secure and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on steps you ask us to take before entering a training agreement, our legitimate interests in managing and securing the academy’s services, a legal obligation, or your consent. When we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Registration emails and your choices
After submitting, you may be asked to confirm your email address. Registration messages concern your enquiry, eligibility, programme details, fees or next steps. Submitting the form does not provide immediate course access or confirm a training place.
Applying is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Where separate consent is required for promotional updates, we will ask for it. You can use an unsubscribe option in relevant emails or contact the academy to change your preferences. We may still need to send messages necessary to handle an active application or training arrangement.
Who can receive your information
Relevant academy staff and authorised RHV and RoboMed personnel may access information needed to manage your enquiry or application. Kajabi provides the website, form and contact-management services. The embedded registration form is connected to RoboMed Academy’s Kajabi account so its team can receive and review applications.
Other service providers may process information for hosting, email delivery or technical support on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights. An academic partnership does not mean every partner automatically receives your application.
Website technology and cookies
Hosting and embedded services can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and page requests. Cookies and similar technologies may support website operation, security, sessions and form delivery.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any preference controls made available on this website. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, must be addressed through appropriate notice and consent where required; accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking.
Storage, retention and security
Service providers may process information outside Nigeria. Any transfer must have a valid basis and appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your application.
Records should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the application, administer any resulting training, address enquiries or disputes, and meet legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. You can ask the academy about retention or request deletion.
Access and security measures are intended to protect information from unauthorised use, loss or disclosure. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to certain processing, withdraw consent and ask about decisions affecting your application. The academy reviews eligibility; the registration form does not automatically decide admission.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. You may also raise a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Exercising your rights does not remove information we are legally required to retain.
Professional audience and updates
This website and its application process are intended for adult healthcare and technical professionals. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact the academy.
We may update this notice as the academy’s services or data practices develop. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required. Read our Terms of Use for website and application conditions.
