Last updated 26 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to the RHV RoboMed Training Academy website and its enquiry and application process. The academy is a partnership of Redeemer’s Health Village and RoboMed Global, based at Redeemer’s Health Village, Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, Nigeria.
By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Applying is free
The registration form records your interest in training. No payment is required to apply, and the form does not request card details. Submission is not an offer, a reserved training place, an enrolment confirmation or immediate access to an online course.
Use accurate, current information about your role, specialty and hospital or institution. If you apply on behalf of a hospital or another person, you must have authority to provide the information and make the enquiry. Do not upload patient records or confidential clinical information.
Review, offer and confirmation
The academy reviews applications and may request supporting documents or a short call. Entry criteria shown on the website are proposed criteria until the academy confirms them. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
If accepted, you will receive an offer and information about available training slots. Your place is confirmed only after you complete the conditions stated in the offer, including the programme fee where required. Hospital-sponsored applications follow the agreed arrangements with the academy.
Programme details and fees
The first intake is planned for January 2027 at Redeemer’s Health Village. Exact dates, final fees, cohort sizes, payment options and the application deadline will be confirmed by the academy. You or your hospital pay only after an offer to confirm a place.
Certificate type, awarding body, CPD and postgraduate credit recognition remain subject to confirmation. Partner names and academic collaboration must not be interpreted as a guarantee of accreditation or professional credit.
Before you pay, the academy will provide the applicable programme and payment terms, including any cancellation, transfer, rescheduling and refund conditions. These website terms do not replace those terms or remove rights that apply under law.
Education and professional responsibility
Website content is general programme information and educational material. It is not patient-specific medical advice, a clinical protocol or permission to perform a procedure. Training does not replace professional registration, hospital credentialing, appropriate supervision or manufacturer requirements.
Participants remain responsible for working within their competence, professional scope and institutional rules. No particular clinical outcome, employment result or professional qualification is promised by this website.
Responsible use
You must not use the website to misrepresent your qualifications, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with services, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. Do not use automated activity that harms the website or compromises another person’s information.
The academy may restrict use where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or legal obligations. This does not determine the outcome of an otherwise valid application.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, photographs, videos, logos and training materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the website and retain information for your own application or personal learning.
Commercial reproduction, redistribution, resale or use of academy and partner branding requires the relevant owner’s permission, except where law permits otherwise. Viewing this website does not grant access to restricted course materials.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the website and application form, how it is used, and your choices. The team may contact you about your registration and programme next steps. Unrelated promotional messages are subject to applicable consent requirements.
Keep your contact details accurate and check any email-confirmation request. You can ask the academy to update your details or withdraw your application.
Availability, updates and liability
We aim to keep programme information clear and current, but pages may contain errors or become outdated. Contact the academy before relying on a detail that affects your application, travel or payment. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
The footer’s website-designer credit links to an independent website. Its content and services are outside the academy’s control.
Questions and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact the academy first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or contacting a competent authority or court.
We may update these website terms and show the revised date on this page. Changes do not retrospectively replace an accepted training agreement. For help, use the contact details on this website.
